I don't think that it's Market Street going off the building on the left. I seem to recall that the Market Hall sign stated 1806. Unless my memory's playing tricks. That building doesn't look like the Market Hall.

Think I've just found it on WW..go on Album under 'Places'..scroll down to Hallgate.it sure looks like this photo..it's on page 2.

Sketch of what was then part of Hallgate but is now part of Market street. The only recognisable building still standing is the CROFTERS.
