Feel Good February: The 28 Day Challenge

This February we're urging our supporters to join Feel Good February: the 28 day challenge! Give up a bad habit or begin a good one for 28 days to support your local hospice and ensure local people have access to our specialist hospice care.
We are asking you to do something which makes you feel good – such as running, skipping or cycling – or give something up – such as smoking or chocolate – throughout the month of February and do good by raising much-needed funds along the way!
Everyone is feeling a bit fed up at the moment so it’s even more important to look after ourselves. Why not set yourself a challenge which will be good for the hospice, but will leave you feeling good too?
