Will we ever see another in Wigan?

I doubt it as Wigan Council have no interest in boaters despite having the World famous Wigan Pier.

Compared to other canalside towns it looks like there is no welcome for visiting boaters.

The C&RT map looks very interestiing. I'll bet a lot of locals are not aware of the activities that are available. Lots of room for gongoozlers too. Thumbs Up
