Nope - as we were heading out of town that morning a Police motorcade came off the M6 with 'Them Men' in headed for a bit of blatant attention grabbing for themselves at the Eric Morecambe statue.

I do have a set of pix of the site as it is now and will document the work as it progresses Smile

Today, the people of Morecambe were invited to the Winter Gardens to get a closer look at the details of the project and offer suggestions about what they want to be included.

Local residents said they were encouraged by the latest plans, and excited about it getting started.
