Passion pots dessert
I'm a huge fan of passion fruit so I'll be trying this one out
Ingredients
75 g
caster sugar
75 mL
Malibu rum
300 mL
double cream
4 ripe passionfruit
toasted desiccated coconut, optional
Directions
Gently heat the caster sugar with the Malibu until dissolved, and cool completely.
Whip together the Malibu sugar syrup with double cream until the mixture holds soft peaks, then layer this alternately with passionfruit flesh into serving dishes.
Top with toasted desiccated coconut to finish.
